Q: How much does productivity training cost?

A: It varies, depending on the type of service (e.g., workshop vs. presentation) and the time needed to complete the project (for one-to-one training). Our clients have found the investment more than pays for itself through increased productivity and efficiency gains. Q: What makes your all-day workshops different from other time-management workshops?

A: Our workshops offer several distinct advantages to other seminars:

1. On-site We conduct the workship at your location for your employees. This convenience enables your attendance oversight. In addition, we arrange dates and times that work best for you.

2. Customized We deliver highly customized workshops with content that relates directly to your employees' needs, which leads to more meaningful results. Interviews with key personnel and written assessments completed by attendees in advance determine which content modules will be covered. This approach differs greatly from most time-management or productivity seminars that are typically very broad and teach general principles only.

3. Experienced Trainer Our trainer is not merely a public speaker; she helps individuals in their offices daily and understands how to make her ideas work in the real world.

4. Hands-on The workshop engages all learning styles by employing activities, exercises, audio-visual tools, discussion and lecture techniques. Attendees bring their actual to-do lists to make the training as relevant as possible.

5. Long-term Follow-up During the workshop, attendees create their own specific, measurable productivity goals. We provide personal follow-up with each one for up to six months to help reinforce the training and motivate them to continue applying what they have learned.

6. Employee Survey We share with you the information we gain from attendees' pre-workshop questionnaires (combining results to protect individual confidentiality). Q: What types of results can I expect for myself or my employees?

A: You should see increased effectiveness among employees who attend our training, decreased stress, higher morale, and better teamwork and communication. Many of our clients report their employees learn to work together in new ways as they apply techniques that help them work more efficiently. At minimum, your employees will gain insight into their productivity issues (a major step in the change process) and how to solve them.

Q: Do you recommend organization-wide process improvements or new ways of doing business?

A: No. We focus on increasing personal productivity and do not stray into specific business processes, other than to gain an understanding of your company or organization. We do help employees brainstorm about meeting challenges and that may result in process improvements for your company as a by-product.
